| What does "Pre-foreclosure" mean? |
| When a homeowner fails to pay his mortgage, the lender files a lawsuit with the State. The day this lawsuit becomes public, we send you the homeowner's information. Usually the homeowner has 2-4 weeks before the "foreclosure auction" in which he will lose his home. |
